Time Management

We have so many tasks to perform in 24 hrs. We often say that I don’t have enough time to do this; I don’t have time to manage this task and so on.

But I think that time is there and the thing which matters is how we manage this. The management of time is so important and this one of the habits of most successful persons in this world. One should respect the time and understand it’s importance. There is one quote, “The person who wastes the time, the day comes when time destroys that person.”

If we come to the point that how to manage the time then the foremost thing which comes in my mind is to make a to do list everyday. This is going to be very useful as one can give time to all the tasks which he/she wants to do in his/her daily routine.

The second thing is avoid distractions while performing the task. When you would get distracted by something then obviously you would consume more time to finish your work.

Next is pay full attention and be concentrated in your work. This can help you a lot in being more effective and saving your time as well. So, focus on what you are doing right now.

My next suggestion is that skip the things when you are running out of time. For example, you have been stuck at one task and you are not able to finish it eagerly. Then don’t spend much time over there, just skip the task and switch to the next one. This can avoid the further delay and wastage of time.

Last but not the least, always keep an eye on the clock while performing the work and change your speed of doing work as per the time left.
